Ship Husbandry & Vessel Operational Support

Ship operational support services ensuring vessel activities run smoothly and efficiently, both in port areas and during ongoing operations.

Time alongside is money. Every hour lost to crew waiting on transport, supplies arriving late, or port coordination stalling shows up directly in the next sailing schedule. Ship husbandry is the work of making sure none of that happens.

We handle what a vessel needs while she is in port: crew transfers, transport arrangements, logistics coordination, and assistance with operational matters around the port area. Agents and operators deal with one party rather than assembling a different set of providers at each port.

How It Works

How We Carry It Out

  1. 01

    Coordination before arrival

We gather the arrival schedule, crew requirements, and planned activities, then have everything arranged before the vessel berths.

  2. 02

    Attendance alongside

Our team is on site to handle crew requirements and whatever operational matters come up while the vessel is in port.

  3. 03

    Logistics & transport

Crew and vessel supplies are moved around the ship’s schedule, including when that schedule changes mid-call.

  4. 04

    Completion report

Once the call is complete we provide an itemised report of the work carried out and its cost.

Questions

Frequently Asked

What does ship husbandry cover?

It covers crew assistance, vessel operational support, logistics coordination, transport arrangement, and assistance with port operational matters. The scope of each engagement is set to what the vessel actually needs.

Which ports do you serve?

Our offices are in Jakarta and Samarinda, and we serve ports and industrial areas across Indonesia. For ports outside those two cities, tell us the location and we will confirm availability.

How far ahead of arrival should we contact you?

Earlier is better, since transport and port coordination need lead time. That said, we do take urgent requests, so get in touch even if the vessel is close.
